Graduation is a rite of passage that so many people look forward to. Nothing can replace a traditional graduation party, but there are still ways you can celebrate. Here’s how:
DECORATE
You can still decorate your home with party decor. Order supplies from your favorite local retailer and fill your home with balloons, streamers and other festive items.
CELEBRATE WITH CAKE
Make the celebration feel festive with traditional party food. Line the table with hors d’ourves, treats & your favorite drinks.
INVITE FRIENDS & FAMILY TO COME (VIRTUALLY)
Make a guest list, set a date and time, and invite friends and family to attend a virtual party. Pick your favorite chat platform and ask people to pop in during a certain time frame. Designate someone as the party host and ask them to facilitate certain talking points. Everyone can introduce themselves and say how they know the graduate, share a favorite memory, and predict one good thing that will happen in the future. PS – don’t forget to record the virtual chat. It’ll be something you all will look back on fondly many years from now.
