Yes, we are bonded and insured.


Who are your concierges and are they trustworthy?

Do you have limitations with the number of tasks and projects you can help me with at one time?

Because we have a team of full time personal assistants, we have the depth to help with many requests at any given time.


If I travel back and forth between Boston and Cape Cod regularly, will I be working with two different teams of concierges?

Our team provide seamless solutions for clients who have homes in both the Boston area and on the Cape because we’re able to share information on preferences, needs and what is going on in a client’s life at any given time which could impact their needs.


Does Simplified work with clients outside of Boston?

Yes, we work with clients all over the world! The Simplified team virtually supports clients with projects such as gift giving, research, life administration and travel arrangements. We also coordinate residential moves for clients relocating from the Boston area to another part of the country or those looking to move to the Boston area.

Does Simplified work with students in the Boston area?

Yes, we offer personal assistant and concierge services to students in the Boston area. Here are a few examples of ways we have worked with college students in the past.


Does Simplified help international visitors to the Boston area?

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept personal checks, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.


Are materials, expenses and taxes included in your hourly rate?

No, the client is responsible for paying all additional charges on top of the hourly rate.


How will I know what additional service charges are?

Simplified can provide receipts for all hourly charges and all additional service charges within 3-5 business days after completion of service.


Will my credit card be charged as a deposit?

No, we will only charge your credit card if we do not receive payment for services rendered upon completion.
